Beautifully top to bottom renovated condo in the 20th floor beachfront access. Two bedrooms king bed each with private bathroom. Spectacular views throughout the space. 3 AC's, 2 Tvs 55 inches, sun lounges at the largest balcony available in the building. Beach chairs and towels are available. Free parking available inside the complex. 35 min from SJU airport. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Family friendly helpful staff on site. Centrally located lose to El Yunque, ferries and more.

My family and I stayed at Jer's place for my moms 60th birthday. Great spot with amazing views. Host had everything we needed and the space was very clean! I would definitely stay here again.

AC was great. The apartment was clean, however low on supplies. We bought detergent to wash clothes. We bought extra TP and PT. Left all the supplies behind. The cupboards had two dirty cups. Back sliding door lock was broken so we slept with the sliding door unlocked. One of the master bedrooms door lock was broken The owner provides you with his phone # however he never answers the phone. The condo faces the unkept cemetery and highway. We were told not to create noise since they have old residents living there. Our last night it was noisy with a musical event across the street. The best part was waking up to the sound of the ocean which was our view. Upon check out the owner had the nerve to ask us if we had taken the remote control to the AC in one of the bedrooms. We used the one in the living room to control the AC in the MB and living room . The building is run down. Not worth staying here
