The unit, located on the 10th floor, is newly remodeled and furnished. This two bedroom/two bath unit features a 300 square feet circular beachfront balcony with endless beach views. The unit is spacious – over 1500 square feet and features new furnishings and décor throughout. Enjoy lounging with family for movie night in the living area furnished with a sectional sleeper sofa, complete with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The sliding glass doors open to a covered balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the beauty and splendor of the Gulf of Mexico without leaving the comfort of your beach front cottage. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail, reading a book or al fresco dining from the balcony furnished with two lounge chairs and a table with seating for four. The panoramic views of the sparkling shoreline and the gentle lapping of waves are sure to rejuvenate and soothe your senses.
The fully equipped kitchen will inspire your inner gourmet chef. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances plus all the small appliances, utensils and cookware needed to prepare any meal. The dining room seats 6 at the table with seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The unit has a large capacity washer and dryer.
You will enjoy rest and relaxation from the gulf-front master suite which boasts a king size bed and beachfront balcony access. The master bath highlights include a large walk-in shower, jetted garden tub and double vanities. The second bedroom and bath is just as impressive and features two queen size beds, a spacious bathroom with lots of counter space and a tub/shower combination.
The unit is located in the exclusive gated Beach Colony Resort of Perdido Key which sits on 700 feet of fabulous sugar-white sand beach framed by the crystal Gulf of Mexico. The gated community boasts 11 acres of palm-lined drive and beautifully landscaped property. Beach Colon y offers the amenities of a world-class resort: indoor heated pool and hot tub, Har-Tru tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center and grilling areas. Beach colony is located on the east end of Perdido Key and a short walk to the pristine National Seashore. An artificial snorkeling reef is located just 500 ft offshore just to the east of the resort. The resort is also convenient to grocery, restaurants, shopping and attractions. We loved this place! The location was perfect for us and the condo was as described and beautiful. The power was out when we arrived and, before we had a chance to ask any questions, I received a call from the hostess to fill us in and apologize. The power was back on within the hour. We truly loved Perdido Key and are pretty sure we will be returning next year.

Our family of 5 had a lovely time. The condo was just like the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the extra beach items in the laundry room. The resort was clean, the elevators were fast and the staff were nice. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet that has a luggage cart for use. Jeannie responded to all of our inquiries immediately and was very helpful. We are already planning a trip back!

My two grown 20-something sons joined me for our annual beach trip. Everything was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. The balcony was great and the sectional sofa gave the three of us plenty of room not stretch out while watching tv at night. It was a close walk to the beach, and that’s always a plus! This is a place I would definitely stay at again!
