Loved the room! it was big and beautiful! we went with 2 other couples who also stayed at the resort and we loved our room the best out of them all. Loved that the beach is right there and there are multiple pools to choose from if you wanted a less sandy adventure.
There were 2 issues, the toaster stated smoking and the master shower backed up the first day we were there. BUT I called and left a message with the room maintenance and they came and swapped out the toaster and unplugged the shower the same day. It was actually only a couple hours later and it was all handled! otherwise, The elevator has longer than average wait times, and since there are codes for each floor, it can get tricky to actually get to your floor. but otherwise it was a good overall experience.
