Expansive floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open to the oversized beachfront balcony, inviting you to savor a glass of wine while enjoying breathtaking views. The 300 square foot balcony offers several seating options.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of options for entertaining and cooking, including a Keurig coffee maker. Gather the entire family around the dining table that seats eight comfortably. Overlooking the dining area is a large, one-of-a-kind handmade sea life mosaic imported from Iraq.
Indulge yourself in the master suite where you will enjoy sleeping on the king size Serta mattress or watching television on the large, flat-screen smart TV. The condo was exactly as advertised. Roomy and comfortable for a family of 6. Our 4 kids had plenty of space in the two guest bedrooms and loved having their own bathrooms and TVs in room.
The entire condo was spotless. Even my germ phobic wife approved of the sanitized bathrooms.
There are detailed instructions on using the TVs, washer and dryer and other appliances and wifi worked great.
Beach Colony East is well maintained. Large pool and easy access to beach. Security was a bit lax with the public beach access so close, but it was July 4th week so crowds were understandable.
Overall, a highly recommended condo for a family vacation.
