About this house rental
Litha House is a spacious three-bedroom holiday home overlooking the pool and gardens on the small, gated Amuley Mar 1 complex, in the heart of Caleta de Fuste.
Sleeping up to six guests in three proper bedrooms—with no sofa beds—it is ideal for families, multigenerational holidays, couples travelling together and groups of friends. The beach, marina, shops, cafés, bars and restaurants are all just a short, level walk away, so once you arrive, there is no need to hire a car.
Originally our own family holiday home, Litha House has been equipped with the things we appreciate when we are away: comfortable beds, plenty of seating, reliable fibre Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful extras that make travelling a little easier. We continue to care for and improve the house ourselves because we genuinely want our guests to enjoy their stay and return again.
THE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Litha House is arranged over three floors, giving everyone more room and a little separation when needed.
On the top floor, overlooking the pool and gardens, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Both have balconies, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and shutters to help keep the rooms comfortable and dark at night. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath.
On the lower floor is a large twin bedroom with its own ensuite shower room. Its separate position makes it particularly useful for grandparents holidaying with the family, older children or friends who appreciate having their own space.
All three bedrooms are proper bedrooms—nobody has to sleep on a sofa bed, and the lounge remains a lounge throughout your holiday. Extra pillows and blankets are provided, together with bath towels and separate towels for the pool and beach.
LIVING, DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT
The middle floor has a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, providing plenty of seating for everyone. It has remote-controlled ceiling fans, fibre Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and a selection of games for relaxed evenings at home.
The separate kitchen and dining area seats six and includes a full-size oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. It is properly equipped with cookware, crockery and utensils for guests who want to prepare anything from breakfast to a family dinner—and yes, there is still a cheese grater and a paella pan.
OUTDOOR SPACE AND POOL
The private patio is furnished with a dining table, chairs, parasols and a barbecue, making it a lovely place to eat outdoors or relax with a drink.
We also provide Litha House’s own sun loungers, so there is no need to join in with the usual “sunbed wars.” The attractive communal swimming pool is surrounded by gardens and is exclusively for guests and residents of the gated complex. Please note that the pool is not heated.
FAMILIES AND PRACTICAL EXTRAS
For families travelling with younger children, a travel cot, highchair and pushchair are available free of charge. We also provide useful extras including two hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, a safe and beach items.
Free parking is available on the road outside the complex.
A CENTRAL, LEVEL LOCATION
Litha House is in one of the most convenient positions in Caleta de Fuste. The resort’s restaurants, cafés, shops and bars are only a few minutes away on foot, yet the house itself is tucked inside a private gated community away from the main thoroughfare.
The marina and waterfront bars are approximately five minutes away. From here, you can arrange boat trips and water sports or simply sit beside the water and enjoy the view.
Caleta de Fuste’s horseshoe-shaped beach is also around a five-minute, level walk from the house. Its sheltered, shallow water makes it especially popular with families, and the surrounding promenade has a good selection of hotels, cafés and beach bars.
Continue along the promenade and you will reach the beaches and man-made lagoons near the Atlántico Shopping Centre. The centre has a large supermarket, shops, restaurants, a cinema and a bowling alley.
Walk for a couple of minutes in the opposite direction and the scenery changes completely, with a coastal path leading across rugged cliffs and open coastline. It is an enjoyable route for walking and offers several popular fishing spots.
For golfers, Fuerteventura Golf Club and Golf Club Salinas de Antigua are both only a short drive away.

Litha House is not an anonymous holiday rental managed from a distance. We look after it personally and are available if you need help or local advice during your stay.
We have tried to create the sort of holiday home we would choose ourselves: clean, comfortable and spacious, with three genuine bedrooms, a beautiful pool setting and an exceptionally convenient location.

What a great property. Clean, well equipped everything you would require for a great holiday. Carol and Andy were great host. Near all the shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Great pool and public area.

First visit to Caleta and we really couldn't have picked a better place to stay, the house is in a quiet location but is only a few minutes walk to the main area for the bars and restaurants Caleta has to offer.
The house has everything you could need for a week or two away with a good sized living area, a fully equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms with comfy beds, 2 with small balconies, 2 bathrooms that have great water pressure and tons of hot water, a wc on the ground floor and a good sized patio that over looks the heated pool, the downstairs bedroom is en-suite and is ideal for light sleepers as it is well isolated from the rest of the house.
Overall a great stay at a lovely great value house that we look forward to staying in again when we next visit Caleta.
