About this villa rental
Great 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa sleeping up to 6 people.
Sensational views over the sandy beach family friendly resort of Caleta de Fuste, the Atlantic Ocean & far views of the two 18 hole golf courses.
The outdoor space includes a lower level garden area with artificial grass & tropical plants. There is a private pool, this can be heated with a supplement of £100 per week if required. Sun terrace around pool with sun loungers, outdoor table & chairs, 2 balconies 1 from the kitchen & 1 from the living room from here you can see the most unbelievable sunrises, and panoramic ocean views.
Lovely light bright & airy living room with 2 large sofas, coffee table, Large Flat Screen Smart TV, with a host of UKTV channels including BBC, ITV ect Formal dining table with 6 chairs. Modern fitted kitchen with oven/grill, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and Dolce Gusto
coffee machine.
On this level is also the Master bedroom, and a family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin & wc.
Take the stairs to the lower level where you will find two further double bedrooms & a shower room with basin & wc. From the lower hallway there is access to the lower garden.
Air-Conditioning is available ( all 3 bedrooms & living room ) Supplement of £125 per week.
The villa is walking distance to the resort centre (1km), nearest Bar 5 min walk, and commercial centre with supermarkets, restaurants & bars 10/15 min walk. A car for getting about is recommended, but taxi's are available & relatively cheap.

Great sea views. Very nice villa in general very spacious and clean and tidy with good sized pool. Area is also nice and evrything within a 5 min drive. Walking to nearest supermarket is about 15 mins and beach 40 a bit harder on way back as uphill.

This place is beautiful the views are amazing so much space pool was great to have especially at night it was so warm Steve was brilliant as a host only thing I would recommend would be a bbq but that’s being picky would highly recommend this place I’m looking to book again asap

Lovely villa in a quiet area with beautiful views. About 10 min walk to nearest supermarket and bars and about 20 min walk to the sea front. Will definitely return if visiting Caleta again. Enjoyed our stay.

The villa was very well appointed, clean and in a good location. It had really nice decor with comfortable beds and a great view of the sea. The late checkout and heated pool was a bonus.
Unfortunately however, as with most of the properties in the area, it is in a ‘terrace’ of villas that are all joined by low walls in between. This meant that when we were outside in the pool area, we could see and hear our neighbours. If everyone was considerate then this shouldn’t cause any real issues but for the week we were there, we did not have considerate neighbours at all. After a day of loud talking and music, we asked them if they could be quieter which was met with a laugh and a raising of the volume. For the whole week, we had to use headphones to drown out the noise of next door and this noise started from 7am in the morning, so we even had to keep the door closed until it got too hot so again not ideal. We did advise the villa manager but he said that as this was also rented then there was noting he could do. It’s a shame that our week but ‘blighted’ by such inconsiderate people and this is what my score is based on. If you want a relaxing and chilled out break then we hope you get neighbours who feel the same way.
