This charming and bright house with large terrace and communal pool is located in Caleta de Fuste, a short drive from the beach of El Castillo and with an unbeatable location for exploring the island, right in the centre of Fuerteventura. Spacious and full of light, decorated in a refined style, with large open spaces where you can enjoy lunch, relax and sunbathe. With capacity for 6 people, 3 large bedrooms and 300mb Wifi fibre internet, this property has all the elements for an unforgettable holiday.
This impressive property is perfect for families, couples, friends and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 6 people and has a 300mb Wifi fibre internet connection, ideal for teleworking. It is distributed over two floors: the first bedroom is on the ground floor, accessible from the entrance, and has a trundle bed (single convertible into a double bed) and a desk. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor, the master bedroom with a queen size bed, built-in wardrobe and access to one of the terraces of the flat. The third bedroom has access to a charming balcony with beautiful views and is equipped with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed.
The property has two bathrooms, one on each floor, an independent kitchen fully equipped with all electrical appliances, a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV with German channels, and a communal swimming pool in the quiet residential complex where it is located. The large terrace with outdoor table is ideal for having lunch, sunbathing, disconnecting and relaxing with the family.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, sheets and towels, cot and high chair.

Clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. Easy to access with very good Comms from the company About a mile from a decent supermarket but uphill which gets steeper at the top. Not suitable for wheelchair or less mobile as the door is up steps or an uneven path
