Beautiful private house of 250 sqm 100 meters from the lake, wonderful lake view, garage, 5 bedrooms with double beds and 2 single beds.

The beautiful garden overlooking the lake allows you to relax in a quiet environment in the shade of olive trees and allows children and young people to play freely.
A vegetable garden cultivated in the back of the house allows you to enjoy fresh seasonal vegetables that you can catch.
The location allows you to reach on foot in a few minutes (100 meters) the port and the beautiful beaches nearby,
Salò can be reached on foot (20 minutes) along a beautiful promenade that runs along the lake or by ferry in 7 minutes from the port located under the house.
The location allows you to reach the most famous cities of Italy in the day (Verona, Venice, Mantua, Milan, Trento, Bologna, Florence) and we will be happy to give you all the information to make your excursions unforgettable.

The living is the environment of the house that welcomes you. It is an open-space with the kitchen, it is integrated with the external environment through a large window that directly overlooks the porch that is covered. The feeling is to live directly on the lake, enjoying an enchanting scenery.
Double bedroom and master bathroom
The lake view room, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, overlooks the garden through a French door. The exclusive bathroom is annexed to this master bedroom.
Second room
The room is named after our daughter Margherita and overlooks an olive grove and pine trees. In addition to functional furniture, the room is equipped with a desk to enjoy moments of relaxation such as reading or listening to music.
Blue Bathroom
It is a bathroom furnished with a shower and a bathtub, which overlooks the garden.
Third room
It is a room with a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk.
The window overlooks the green of the garden.
Fourth green room
spacious and bright double room is located in the basement but has a large window to the garden.
Pink bathroom
The pink bathroom has a shower and is located in the basement.
Fifth room
It is located in the basement and is equipped with a double sofa bed.
