The detached villa, built in 2003 and renovated in 2024, is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property over the valley and its quiet, sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and lounge. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 50 sqm and with lounge, TV and DVD. You have access to the terrace. Common room 30 sqm and with lounge, TV and DVD. You have access to the terrace.
