This impressive two-storey villa promises unforgettable moments, whether with family or friends, offering a relaxing and fun experience that exceeds all expectations.
On the first floor, you will find two cosy bedrooms, designed to provide peaceful nights of rest. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. The highlight is the games room, equipped with a pool table, ideal for socialising and fun.
On the ground floor, the elegant living room, equipped with a TV with international channels, Netflix and Disney+, is perfect for family movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals and, for additional leisure time, the table football table guarantees fun for all ages. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On the first floor, there are two suites with showers and balconies overlooking the mountains, as well as one suite with a sea view and another suite with a bathtub.
The rooftop with its privileged sea view is the ideal place to relax, meditate or simply enjoy a good book.
Outside, the private swimming pool and jacuzzi with capacity for up to 5 people make all the difference for a memorable stay. For barbecue lovers, the barbecue and outdoor bathroom provide unforgettable moments of conviviality. The property also has private parking for up to 2 cars with an electric charging point available for a fee.
For added convenience, the villa includes bed linen, bath towels and pool towels, allowing you to enjoy your stay with all the comforts of home.
Located in a quiet and pleasant spot, our villa is just 100m from Porto Dinheiro beach, a perfect place to relax by the sea. Nearby you'll find a pizzeria, a typical Portuguese restaurant and the cozy Mar do Norte bar, ideal for enjoying the local cuisine without having to travel far.
The villa is also just a 4-minute drive from Ribamar, where you can enjoy the services of a pharmacy and a mini-market that caters for all your daily needs. In just 8 minutes by car, you'll reach the center of Lourinhã, a vibrant town that offers a variety of supermarkets, restaurants and other services.
It is centrally located for exploring the region, being approximately 50 minutes by car from Lisbon Airport. In addition, we offer the possibility of a shuttle service (navette), with prior notice and at an additional cost, for your convenience.

Three generations and eleven family members made Ammos Villa our home for a week. The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location was great, just a very short walk down to the beach. All family members agreed that the beds were among the most comfortable we've ever had at a vacation rental. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. (Though the appliances were smaller than us Americans are used to, lol) The bathrooms were very nice and clean as well, and we loved the towel warmers. Pool was beautiful, though cold this time of year, and the hot tub was well utilized. On the downside, we had a huge fly problem (not the fault of the owners) and really wished we had screens in the windows so we could take advantage of the breezes that were so lovely. Also, there could have been more hooks or hangers in the bedrooms, as there is no place for a bathrobe, etc. A rollaway bed or cot would have been nice as well. Small issues for sure.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Portugal. We whole heartedly recommend this house.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ammos Villa! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!
