Modern villa with private pool, in the area of "LA FINCA GOLF"
Beautiful luxury villa with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is located in the complex of "La Finca Golf" on the southern Costa Blanca.
The villa is detached and benefits from a private swimming pool, three terraces, a garden bordered by plantations, a TV with world channels via satellite TELESAT, Wi-Fi connection throughout the villa and its exterior, reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room, heating in each bathroom.
The accommodation consists of a large living space with its equipped kitchen open to the living room. Also on the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one of which opens directly onto the swimming pool, a bathroom, a space with washing machine and storage for your reserves during the stay. A staircase takes you to the solarium terrace with its outdoor lounge and the master suite with its bathroom and direct access to the solarium.
Each bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed, a double wardrobe with sliding doors and a dresser in each wardrobe allowing you to benefit from ample storage space.
The rear area with garden, terrace and swimming pool, is equipped with 6 sun loungers, a table with 4 high chairs. This space is bathed in bright sunshine all day long.
The large front terrace with its large table and 6 chairs will allow you to enjoy a shaded area thanks to its canopy.
The solarium terrace and its garden furniture with arbour, will offer you a relaxing corner at any time of the day.
All this makes the villa perfect all year round whether for a family holiday, golf breaks or simply to spend a relaxing stay.
The nearest typical Spanish village is Algorfa, where you can taste authentic tapas and local wines.
The complex is only a 15 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura and 35 minutes from Alicante airport.
The popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel, Almoradi, Torrevieja, Quesada, etc... are also just a short drive away. Here you will find a multitude of local and international restaurants, bars as well as local fresh food markets.
With the motorway nearby, you can travel even further to popular places such as Alicante or south of Cartegena (once Spain's largest fishing town).
For a great day out, visit the Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia (seasonal) theme parks.
The villa is a 2-minute drive from the clubhouse and its 18-hole course, from the 5* hotel where there is a spa, a gym and a gourmet restaurant "FRIJOLINO".

Stayed here in mid June 26 as a family group, and really enjoyed our stay, The villa is excellent, very modern and clean. The pool is lovely, when we stayed it was a nice temperature around 29C. We enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace in the late evening.Downstairs is a large lounge/kitchen/diner area, off it are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, one bedroom has patio doors to the pool area and one has patio doors to the front patio area. All doors have security shutter blinds. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with an en suite bathroom and patio doors to the roof terrace, which can also be access by a separate door. Evening meals were taken on the front patio once the sun had gone off.One comment to make which other reviews have mentioned is there needs to be more parasols in the pool area as there was only one which only effectively shaded 1 of the 6 sunbeds. Recommend the golf Clubhouse for food, we had a very nice cooked breakfast and a lunch there all at reasonable prices. Also we had a lovely meal at a restaurant called The Bistro which is situated at the site entrance where the shops and bars are.

Great communication from the host and Marco. Smooth checking in process. Villa spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Pool and outside space extremely well kept. Would suggest a car to get around as it’s about a 20-30 minute walk to shops/restaurants. Golf course is stunning and not too far to walk to. All in all a memorable holiday just relaxing which was well needed!
