Hyper modern new house completed in May 2017 and available for rent from the end of June 2017
It is composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a living area of 100 m2
It has a beautiful terrace overlooking a garden with an 8 m long private swimming pool facing south-west
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge, fridge
As well as a washing machine.
On the ground floor a bedroom with two beds that can be joined into a 160 bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes
The living room is equipped with a large table and a beautiful living room with a TV screen with French, English, German German channels, etc.

- located in a magnificent golf course with shops and restaurant directly nearby
- located 15 minutes from the big city of Torrevieja (20 minutes by road)
- located 15 minutes from the large Zénia shopping center; ZENIA BOULEVARD (20 minutes by road)
- located 1 minute from a large area
- located 15 minutes from the beaches of Playa Flamenca, Compoamor and Cabo Roig (20 minutes by road)
- located 20 minutes from Guardamar beaches
- located on the edge of the countryside
- located 2 minutes from a sports center with tennis court
- located 40 minutes from Alicante Airport
RATES are seasonal and include the rental amount

Not included:

Nice golf resort, comfortable house (esp. beds and showers), wintersun from 11.00-17.00, well equipped kitchen, good sunbeds, in 5 minutes on the AP7, in 10 minutes in Queseda for shopping and restaurants.
