Create long-lasting memories at this ski-in/ski-out townhome near the slopes of Wisp Resort, where you can ski directly from your back door onto the Down Under run. Spanning three levels, this home is packed with comfort and modern amenities that will have you eager to return.
Entering the home on the first level, you'll find a cozy living area with a sofa, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, bunk bed, laundry room, baseboard heating, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Head upstairs to the second (main) level, designed for group gatherings. The living room offers a sectional sofa, armchair, board games, a wood-burning fireplace, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, perfect for movie or trivia nights. Step outside to the private, furnished deck, where you'll enjoy a firepit with seating for four and a gas grill. The dining table seats six, with an additional two-person breakfast nook in the adjacent kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare memorable meals and snacks.
On the third level, you'll find two bedrooms, each with its own balcony, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and baseboard heating. Two full bathrooms, including one ensuite, both feature tub/shower combos.

The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Quiet Time begins at 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Firewood is not provided
A 4x4 is recommended during the winter months
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the property: convenient to slopes, beautifully decorated, & lots of amenities. Property management swore that the 2.5” square, 8” thick slab of ice was not there when we arrived. So I sent them photos of it, along with the clear entry to units on both sides. The last response I received from property mgt was: we will get back to you - never got back. So I purchased an ice shovel & spent an hour breaking it up myself - I’m 76.

We booked as soon as we saw the forecast for 12 inches of snow. Easy reservation process, simple check-in, and the property and parking area were well-kept. Definitely needed 4WD to get up the hill. Loved the wood fireplace!

Aside from the grill not working because of it not being cleaned properly and the broken mirror and TV issues on the rainy days, it was a nice place to stay. The house was clean and the hot tub was amazing!
