Property was great and just what we needed. Convenient location and the hot tub was perfect.

This is a lovely property, but it was falsely advertised. It was listed as having A/C but there were only window units in 2 bedrooms. In 4 floors of living space, the basement had no A/C, but was comfortable, the 1st floor had no A/C and was very uncomfotable, the 2nd floor was comfortable because of the window units, and the 3rd floor was blazing hot. For my stay, the biggest issue was the living/kitchen area on the 1st floor was very uncomfortable. There were fans and they offered to send more, but it was blazing hot in July and fans did not cool adequately, at all. I wish I could rate it higher. If I was staying in winter, it would be great, but Im not sure I trust the host to correctly state what amenities their property has.
