Quiet location and close to everything.
Just the first floor smelled terrible very unpleasant for the two that had to sleep down there. Also the split units stopped working so it got very hot inside. The tv remote was missing from the first floor. Not a big deal but my Mother was upset.

The ac didn't work, the doors didn't work properly, we had to fix the storm doors to close properly
