The Crete Tropical Villa has just been recently remodeled and is ready for you to book! This private villa offers new updated furniture, flooring and paint (inside out). This lovely villa is the definition of the perfect vacation home, luxury style. After a long day from the theme parks, shopping, or adventuring the local Orlando area there is beautiful pool oasis to relax in. You just found your dream vacation home in Kissimmee, close to Disney. This exceptional property is located in the high-end gated subdivision of Windsor Hills, the closest five star community to Disney (only 2 miles)! This 6 Bed/4 bath home has been elegantly renovated recently (inside and outside), and is well-maintained! You will love the open and spacious backyard view and enjoy the perfect privacy without rear neighbors. The pool and spa are private and can be heated (extra charges apply for the heating). The deck also offers a covered lanai for shade and dining. There is a child safety fence for the safety of your little ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and utensils, with a spacious sitting breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and glass top range. The dining room is tastefully decorated with 8 persons sitting comfortably. There are two lounges, giving you so much space to enjoy your time off with your family and friends. And if you want some game time, this property has it all with a top-notch game room (air hockey and pool table). In terms of bedrooms, there is one queen sized bedroom on the first floor with an adjacent bathroom. It is perfect for guests with baby/toddler or for those that prefer not to deal with stairs. Five fabulous bedrooms are located on the second floor: two master bedrooms with their own luxurious bathrooms, cottage style king bedrooms, the Disney Frozen theme room (1 twin bed and 1 full bed), and the Star Wars theme room (2 twin beds). The owner also recently got the game room completed upgraded with a brand new AVATAR theme. You will love the new pool table, air hockey table, the arcade games, the game consoles.... (the room is air conditioned which is rare in Central Florida). Finally: Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the Windsor Hills Club House. It features luxury lifestyle amenities: Bar, marketplace, water park, movie theater, arcade, tennis courts, basketball courts, and fitness center. !!!! Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. As per HOA rules, 3 cars are allowed to enter the community and each driver will need to be registered at the gate to get granted access during your stay.
Windsor Hills is a premium gated subdivision. It is located only 2 miles from Walt Disney World. You will get complimentary access to the clubhouse amenities: Gym, game room, mini water park... there is even an onsite marketplace.

Crete Tropical Villa was perfect for our stay, clean, spacious, well equipped. A really special touch from our Host was a wonderful ‘storm ready’ hamper which was delivered when there was severe threat of a tropical storm during our stay. Would highly recommend this Villa.

This home deserves a 10-star rating. We came with our two teenage granddaughters and one of their friends. This place has everything. The girls were blown away by the game room, they loved the pool/hot tub and couldn't believe there was even a TV outside so they could watch sports while they were in the pool. We all enjoyed eating outside around the pool on the huge table and there were even ceiling fans to keep everyone comfortable on warm days. Everyone had their own bedrooms with King or Queen beds and private baths. My husband is a professional Chef from Paris, and loved preparing exotic foods on the BBQ, and the kitchen had everything a Chef could need. The decor is stunning throughout........we hated to leave, and look forward to coming back next year. Andreanne, the owner, surprised the girls with a celebration graduation cake, balloons & other goodies on our arrival. We've stayed in other lovely houses on other trips, but this one has them all beat!!

My family and I stayed here for a long anticipated Disney vacation and it was the absolute best decision we could have made! The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and minutes from the parks. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool and hot tub were so nice to relax in after a long day at the parks and we thoroughly enjoyed the game room! We’re planning to do another Disney trip in a few years and I will absolutely try to book this house again!
