The house was very accommodating as expected. The house had shown some wear that you would expect to see in a rental house. The floors had not been mopped before our party's arrival. Our kids's feet were were so dirty that we had to bath them before bed.
Check in was a nightmare. All of my guests were listed for parking except me. I could not even enter the property until this was cleared up. It took approximately 20 minutes for this error to be corrected.
I had also asked and confirmed that there was an outdoor grill included only to find out that it was extra and could be delivered on day 3 of our stay.
Overall, we still had a positive experience, but small inconveniences added up.
