Six bedrooms across 2,800 sq ft of a fully updated villa inside Windsor Hills Resort — one of Kissimmee’s most sought-after gated communities, just 5 minutes from Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Three of the bedrooms are fully themed: a Mickey Mouse room, a Disney Princess room, and a Pokémon room with its own mini game room inside. The kids will not want to leave.

First, thanks to Hubert for the great communication and working with us for an early check-in. The house was great! We really enjoyed our stay. This is our third stay in Windsor Hills, which is a gated community only 10-15 minutes away from Disney.
The house was clean and was stocked with everything you need to get you started for the week. Check-in/security was easy and quick, just make sure you register your drivers BEFORE your stay. Our pool was a blast, as was the resort pool. The clubhouse was an excellent option for a snack or a cold drink.
We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
