Great place to stay. No issues

This house has a lot of space and was very clean. It was difficult to find due to be located off a side road - this should be specifically described on the website. We had a lot of difficulty contacting the host, as he did not respond in a timely fashion to messages via VRBO on the day of check-in, did not send any check-in information, and initially gave us the wrong phone number. He also did not provide any check-out instructions so we weren't sure what to do with linens, trash, etc.

This property is amazing clean I love it 😍

Honestly, I was a bit reluctant to book this place after reading several negative reviews about its cleanliness, but to my surprise, the property was actually very clean and well maintained. The location was also very nice.I would have gladly given this place a five-star review, but I had to deduct points due to poor communication after check-in. Before arriving, I specifically asked the host whether there was a BBQ grill available since we were bringing a lot of meat to grill—which is often part of the experience when renting a home. Unfortunately, the BBQ grill was extremely old, heavily rusted, and completely unusable.I reached out to the host to see if the grill grate could be replaced so we could use the meat we had brought with us, but I never received a response. On top of that, the kitchen was not very well stocked, and there were no extra trash bags provided, which became an issue toward the end of our stay.Other than those issues, the property itself was clean and located in a great area.
