About this house rental

Spacious, open concept-mid century house located on a private 1/2 acre lot in a park like setting in Cherokee Oaks. NEWLY REMODELED CHEFS KITCHEN. Ample space for sleeping, lounging, cooking with TON’s of outdoor space. A canopy of trees give the ultimate serene experience. Located in A premier neighborhood, close to amenities but extremely private. Owner lives in the neighborhood and is available if needed.

Beautiful very clean house newly remodeled. Well stocked kitchen. An easy drive to entrance of Sequoia NP. The drive through Sequoia NP is windy and takes quite awhile, but well worth it to see the Giant Sequoias!! We cooked and did not go to any restaurants in Three Rivers. (One word of advice, stop in Fresno or Visalia and buy groceries. Prices for groceries in Three Rivers were high.) We arrived and wild turkeys were in the yard. We also saw quail in the yard. In Sequoia NP we saw a mama bear and 2 cubs, lots of marmots and deer. It’s a perfect spot to see both Sequoia and Kings Canyon NPs. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms are very modern. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole's property- it is truly as pictured and described. It was the perfect hub for our Sequoia adventures. The kitchen was wonderful and well- stocked! The kids loved playing on the trampoline. Thank you Nicole!

This property is beautiful and it has everything needed. I loved the local art displayed throughout the property. It’s a short drive to the most amazing river views and waterfalls. My 8 year old enjoyed the jacuzzi and trampolín. We were happy with the quick responses we received when we had questions.
