Entire Riverfront Villa with tranquil swimming hole

This property is a treasure and we wish we could have stayed indefinitely. It is a river house so there was some well loved furniture and equipment, however access to kayaks, brand new washer/dryer, new kitchen appliances and comfortable beds made the trip very comfortable. The property is beautiful and the swimming hole was enjoyed by our generational family of ages 77 to one year old. The host was great at communicating . The patio has an incredible view where my elderly parents could watch their children and grandchildren playing in the river. This was so relaxing and fun for our family. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place for a group gathering. Plenty of space, lots to do, two kitchens for large meal prep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Three Rivers! The private beach made for a nice place to lounge with plenty of shade and easy access to the water for a dip in the river during the hot month of August. The wide open kitchen made meal preparations easy for our large group. Access to Sequoia National Park was easy and communication with the host was prompt.

This home sits on a large piece of land right off the river. Very spacious all around from the living area to the bedrooms, bathrooms and outside lounge area. The only issue with the house was that there were rodent droppings all through the house. Everywhere from the area where the fridge sits, all closets, laundry room, bathrooms and a couple bedrooms. While watching tv in the living room, a mouse ran down the living rooms stairs, raced through the living room and even stumbled on our feet. It’s understandable to come across rodents and critters since this home is located in the Sierra Mountains, the only issue was the droppings everywhere. We communicated this to the owner and they offered to send the house maid right away. She showed up the next day. Other than this incident we had a great time.
