Fiber optic Wi-Fi, garage for motorcycles. This detached, single-story house, built in the 1970s, has hiking trails starting right on the property. Water sports on the Charente River are nearby. The cottage is bright, comfortable, and offers complete privacy.
The price includes: Rental, heating, electricity, bed linen, and kitchen towels.
