The "Villa del Mar" is situated in a quiet and exclusive location on Monte Pego near Denia, with far-reaching views over the orange groves and the sea. The special location guarantees privacy and relaxation, with all daily necessities and the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca just a few minutes' drive away.
Additional costs and information:
* Heating of the pool via an electric heat pump can be ordered on arrival for an additional fee. The system can raise the water temperature by approx. 3 °C per day and can be used from a daily low of 10 °C.
* Only 1 pet is allowed.
* The costs for towels and bed linen are one-off for the entire stay and the entire property.
* The costs for baby crib, high chair and pet are optional and one-off for the entire stay.

Pros: Es hat uns einstimmig, vier Erwachsene zwei Kinder, außerordentlich gut gefallen, sprich, wir waren begeistert.
Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos, allerdings konnten die Fotos nicht den wirklichen Zauber einfangen.
Der Blick auf das Meer auf der einen und die bergige Landschaft auf der anderen Seite waren ein beeindruckendes Panorama.
Das Haus ist wunderschön und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
Die Kommunikation war auch hervorragend und die Kaution bereits nach zwei Tagen zurückerstattet.
Wenn wir unsere Urlaubstermine für 2021 schon wüssten, würden wir sofort nochmal buchen.

Pros: Sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Gepflegte, großzügige Villa mit einladendem Blick über Reisfelder. Anwesen sauber und gepflegt. Einziger Nachteil: man ist immer auf ein Auto angewiesen, um Einkäufe, Spielplätze, Strand etc zu erreichen.

Pros: Huset ligger fint 6-8 minutters kørsel oppe i bjergene. Flot panoramaudsigt over området. 10 minutter til supermarked i Pego 20 minutter til Denia. Jevea/Xabia er absolut et besøg værd, når man er i området. Dejlig ferie. Dejligt hus i et dejligt område, som ikke virker overrendt af turister.
