2 must improve issues

We stayed at Oceans Oliva for 9 nights and had a great time. The apartment is well-equipped and spacious, and the complex is very quiet, perfect for relaxing.

1. The water boiler only covers about two 5-minute showers before it needs roughly 90 minutes to reheat. For a family of four, that meant staggering showers. 2. The pool became dirty after our third day. It doesn’t seem to be cleaned daily with a machine, which is a shame because the water temperature is excellent and the pool is huge.

100% worth its money. You would not regret if you book this one.

The location is perfect. 8-minute walk from the beach. The apartment itself has a huge terrace, new furniture, air conditioning, huge swimming pool, comfy beds. Convenient parking space. You do not have to meet a host to enter apartment or parking, everything is accessible through the application. In real life it it looks better then on the pics. We have been to many places in Valencia community and this one is very rare finding.

Het appartement was fantastisch, heel schoon alles aanwezig en de ligging kon niet beter betreffende het spring concour, bijna op het terrein. De hele dag was er een security aanwezig, dit gaf een aangenaam gevoel.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön, sehr groß, sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung ist auch gut schallisoliert.

Die App ist nicht gut, die Türen lassen sich nur damit öffnen, ein befreundetes Pärchen konnte nicht in ihr Apartment hinein und nur mit unserer Hilfe konnten wir den Handwerker telefonisch erreichen der dann kam aber sowas darf nicht passieren.

El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. Habitaciones grandes con buenos armarios. Cocina bien equipada. Los dúplex de arriba tienen piscina privada con una terraza enorme y buenas vistas ¡¡¡una maravilla!!! La zona es muy tranquila.

Fantástico lugar

El apartamento estaba perfecto, decorado con gusto, no le faltaba detalle. En mi caso era un apartamento deluxe con jardín que tenía una puerta de acceso directo a la piscina y eso era un plus! Súper cómodo. La playa más cercana se puede ir andando y es muy buena. La atención de todo el personal sobresaliente, volveremos!

La zona residencial donde está ubicada no hay nada de vidilla, para darte un paseo por las noches, poder tomar algo en una terraza de un bar… necesitas coche para todo, incluso hacer la compra.

Apartamento piscina y garaje.

Todo está nuevo e impecable. El apartamento es muy grande. Todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario en menaje. Tambien tienes toallas para la piscina. Esta cerca de la playa (10 minutos andando) así que no necesitas el coche. Si te gusta el golf el campo está al lado.

La cerradura inteligente se cerraba casi sin tiempo a terminar de abrir la puerta. La app funciona bien pero tienes que llevar siempre el móvil encima.

Poco profesional

Hice la reserva a traves de booking (el check in era para el mismo dia en que reserve) y una hora mas tarde recibi un mail del hotel diciendo que no hacen reservas por 3 noches y que me comunicara con ellos. El hotel configuro mal sus condiciones en booking y por eso me dejo reservar por 3 dias cuando el minimo aparentemente es 1 semana. La persona con la que estuve en contacto me dijo que si nos quedabamos 2 noches mas nos respetaba la reserva pero no podiamos porque teniamos otro compromiso. Por 2 noches nos negaron la estadia a pesar de haber sido un error de ellos. La reserva no se cancelo en booking pero igualmente no pudimos disfrutar de los dias que teniamos pensados, tuvimos que cambiar el plan 100%. Un desastre y muy poco profesional.
