Very exclusive, private and well maintained villa / finca on Monte Pego (near Denia) with stunning harbor Berg.- & sea views to the bay of Valencia. With very exclusive and luxurious finishes, lots of charm and attention to detail with all the amenities for the perfect holiday for you, family and friends!
With very much love to detail and charm of this Villa / Finca Anno Domini 1994 by the then German architect and owners was planned and completed and used as a private property only by him and his wife. Particular attention was paid to a very high quality construction and a uniform line in the design. Dark wood beams, white walls and terracotta tiles shape the typical Spanish style villa Finca. Many extras such as a fitness Pavilion in the garden with antique wood stove, a small Wellness & Spa bathhouse with hot tub (whirlpool only active in winter) and a shower, a secluded saltwater -Pool about 9x5m, 1 fish ponds and a beautiful BBQ round the to the smallest detail thoughtful property from. On 2 floors, the villa Finca has a main apartment (living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool bath, dressing room, sep. WC, a large kitchen, utility room, a covered terrace) and a guest apartment en suite (living-bedroom, shower-toilet and a kitchen cupboard). Another apartment is accessible from the outside and can be used by two people as an extra bedroom, bodega / dressing room, living room and bathroom. Of particular note, the property is beautifully situated at the end of a road with marvelous view of the sea and the mountains. The garden (old waxed) was, as well as the house, lovingly designed and divided into different planting areas, consisting of a rose garden, vines, Ginkobäumen, palms, pomegranate, Sica, coconut uva m. Even the practical part is not neglected in this Villa. A large garage and utility room with washer, Wäschedrockner and Gefier.- fridge is also available. In the summer months, the Villa / Finca is pleasantly cool due to their construction. In addition, always blowing through the hillside a slight breeze from the sea. During winter, the lying behind the Villa / Finca hill hold from the colder winds. As the house is equipped with a gas / central heating and a large fireplace, it is open all year to inhabit. In particular vacationers who would like to spend your Christmas in Spain, come here at your expense.

From the start - easy booking and pleasant contact with Jorg. Flexible to meet us on the first day and a short tour with some tips / information as well, answering all our silly questions and really straight forward.
The house itself is brilliant, a lovely place to be both inside and out. The features, art, furnishings etc are all lovely but the main thing, the most important - it's a well equipped property. You are not dealing with only 4 cups, 4 plates etc...no - it's got everything you need so you can live nicely whilst you're there. Fantastic.
The pool, the views, the BBQ, the terrace, the gardens - all of it is just perfect. We stayed for two weeks and had family members we've not seen in a year come and join at different times - this place was perfect for it. Quiet in the hills, no noise, just peace and the most amazing sunsets you can imagine.
If you want busy nightlife and restaurants nearby then there will be other options, we never bothered exploring this idea as we wanted the privacy and relaxing time the villa offered. Pego nearby is very pretty, Denia less so but there are loads of supermarkets etc within 10mins.
Genuinely astounded we got a place like this such last minute and for what feels like a very reasonable and fair price compared to less high quality properties we were reviewing.
Jorg was in touch a few times during our stay to check in, always really pleasant and made leaving really early on the final day a breeze.
We will absolutely look at booking again in the future and want to thank Jorg again for being a superb host and welcoming us into such a wonderful home.

Jörg est un hôte attentionné et discret. Sa maison vous fait voyager : vous êtes en Espagne, mais vous pouvez vous imaginer en Grèce face au bleu du ciel, de la mer et de la piscine ou en Toscane, le soir, face au pierres dorées et à la végétation à l'avant de la maison. Ganesh et Shiva vous emmėneront bien plus loin...mais nous vous laissons la surprise ! A l' intérieur, observez chaque fenêtre : chacune vous offre un magnifique tableau !
Enfin, tout est d'une parfaite propreté et l'équipement est complet.

Alles ist so, wie beschrieben. Die Bilder vermitteln nur einen Eindruck - die Wirklichkeit ist ganz wunderbar. Das Haus sehr großzügig und geräumig, die Apartments ebenso, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts, die Aussicht phänomenal, der Pool hat eine ansprechende Größe.
Jörg war immer erreichbar und hat bei Fragen umgehend reagiert!
Kleine Anregung: ein Kinderstuhl im Haus wäre nicht schlecht.
