Condominio Lisboa is a property managed by Grupo ALPE, offering guests a unique experience just 5 minutes from Puerto Vallarta’s Malecón. The building features 12 two-bedroom apartments and 3 one-bedroom apartments!
On the rooftop, you’ll find our communal area, complete with lounge chairs and a pool—all with an unbeatable view of the mountains and the bay’s most spectacular sunsets.

- Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
- Smoking is not permitted in enclosed areas or hallways of the building. If staff detects the smell of cigarettes, burn marks on clothing, or cigarette butts on the floor, there will be a penalty of MXN $1,500.00 for cleaning and deodorizing the property.
- One small-breed dog is allowed; the cost is $250 per night. This policy and rule also applies to service dogs.
- Music and drinks are NOT allowed in the pool.
- Visitors are not allowed per building rules.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- We kindly ask you to use the air conditioning responsibly.
- Any damage to the property (walls, appliances, furniture, walls, pool, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to the cost of repairs.
- Due to weather conditions in Puerto Vallarta, power outages may occasionally occur. These are usually brief, and service is restored quickly. We appreciate your understanding.
