The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, and a kitchen. You’ll also be able to enjoy the rooftop pool and take in the incredible sunsets this beautiful port has to offer. Access to the condo complex is controlled, ensuring excellent security and an unbeatable location.

All areas have high-speed Wi-Fi, and we provide eco-friendly toiletries such as biodegradable shampoo and soap to support environmental conservation.

It’s important for you to know that all our rooms and common areas are cleaned with biodegradable products, sanitized, and disinfected on a regular basis by trained staff using professional-grade products, in addition to adhering to all necessary health and safety measures. For Grupo ALPE, your health and that of our employees are our top priority.

- If you need an iron, a crib, or any special item, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to have it ready for you upon your arrival.

- Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask that you be respectful and keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
- Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
- Smoking is not permitted in enclosed areas or hallways of the building. If staff detects the smell of cigarette smoke, burn marks on clothing, or cigarette butts on the floor, there will be a penalty of $1,500.00 MXN for cleaning and deodorizing the property.
- One small-breed dog is allowed; the cost is $250 per night. This policy and rule also applies to service dogs.
- Music and drinks are NOT allowed in the pool.
- Visitors are not permitted per building rules.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- We kindly ask that you use the air conditioning responsibly.
- Any damage to the property (walls, appliances, furniture, swimming pool, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to the cost of repairs.
- Due to weather conditions in Puerto Vallarta, power outages may occasionally occur. These are usually brief, and service is restored quickly. We appreciate your understanding.
