Many attractions in walking distance e.g. Circus Maximus, Colosseum etc. Metro station "Circo Massimo" 2min away. Close-by you also find some nice restaurants, bars, supermarkets. The appartment offers a variety of comfort, incl. a big terrace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave/oven, washing machine, Safe, TV, fireplace, free WLAN.
1x French bed (140), 1x bedsofa (160). 3rd floor no lift.

The apartment is in a very nice and convenient location. Also very easy to take bus or train .Very nice and friendly host. Everything was very clean and very well equipped.The instructions for everything are clear and handy.

Private Terrace. Too many stairs no elevator. The superintendent was gracious enough to take our suitcase up to apartment. Everything seemed newly renovated

Property as described in a good neighbourhood and with a lovely large terrace to enjoy. 5-10min walk to supermarket, tram, metro, bars and restaurants. Ostiensa Station 20min walk with local trains from Fiumicino Airport 30mins/8 euro. Only a 20min walk to the Colosseum and other numerous sites. Only negative for some might be the several flights of stairs you need to go up to reach the apartment. I would definitely return here if coming back to Rome and have already recommended it to family and friends.
