Huoneisto olisi neljälle hengelle täydellinen, mutta viides joutui nukkumaan vuodesohvalla. Kaksi erillistä WC- ja suihkutilaa, molemmille makuuhuoneille omansa. Huoneisto on keskellä korttelia, joten sinne ei kuulunut kadulta mitään. Testaccio on mukavasti syrjässä suurimmista turistivirroista, joten alueella tunsi olevansa keskellä italialaista elämänmenoa. Busseilla ja raitiovaunuilla pääsi kuitenkin moneen suuntaan. Huoneistossa oli kaikki tarvittava ja riittävästi astioita.
Ei oikeastaan mitään negatiivista. Ulko-oven äänieristys voisi ehkä olla vähän parempi, koska puhe oven takana kuului selvästi sisään huoneistoon

Прекрасное расположение: недалеко от любимых мест и достопримечательностей и отсутствие толп туристов как центре. Множество ресторанов и магазинов рядом, маркет с фермерскими продуктами и корнерами для завтраков. В доме достаточно посуды, комплиментарные кофе, чай, масло, специи, что очень приятно.
