Great property. Very clean and excellent location in Trastevere which is a lovely suburb a mile or so from the edge of the Central area. Entry to the apartment is via electronic keys (website) which was fiddly the first time we used it but fine after. Ask for the WiFi code before you set off as you’ll need it to get into the room - the building kills reception on 4G/5G. Communication from hosts was very prompt. Overall, a lovely place.

This property was exactly as described and pictured. The host was excellent at communication. They were also very helpful with arranging our transportation from and to the airport. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There was also a small farmers' market every morning you could walk to for fresh fruits and vegetables and eggs, etc. The regular grocery store is also within walking distance. There several bus stops that can easily be walked to. We had a group of 4 (husband, wife, son, mother-in-law) We used the tv room with the futon couch as a 3rd bedroom and it worked out perfectly for us. We had enough room for the 4 adults to live comfortably for the week.

Enjoyable stay in lovely neighborhood. We checked in with the code sent a few days before the trip. Beds as described worked well for the 4 of us. Could have had a 5th or 6th on the couch if needed. Beds were firm. Extra pillows in the closets were appreciated. Shampoo and soap provided. Hairdryer worked well. Plenty of towels - big, soft. Kitchen was stocked but we didn’t use it. There’s a local market a block away. Wonderful local restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

The location was great The kitchen though minimally appointed is extremely tight when you have the kitchen table as the main gathering point. We had 6 adults and the "living room" was used as a third bedroom. 1 benefit is it is located on the half floor or mezzanine. The unit is not comfortable for 6 grown adults In doing so you lose the living room. There is nowhere else to sit together other than the kitchen. The bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen which makes cooking smells and toilet odors mingle nicely, and brings your group closer together. Some may appreciate this feature, or not. There is an air conditioner in the foyer but it is not powerful enough to keep sleeping accommodations cool. There is WiFi but you must have WiFi in order to open the front apartment door. The building is so thick that you cannot get cell service in the building without WiFi, Therefore you cannot open the front door without a code from the management company. The WiFi password is extremely long and complicated and it would behoove the management company to provide a QR code to just scan or an easier way to access WiFi. In conclusion if you're traveling with 6 this unit is not for you,. Unless 2 are midgets or under the age of 10. The location was wonderful easy to access everything you want in Rome and there are local restaurants and nightlife.
