We make checking in super easy, onsite at the condo! Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As is common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

We had a fantastic visit. The condo was clean, comfortable & had all the necessities. Right on the beach. Clean grounds. Easy parking. Definitely want to come back.

We love Spanish Key Condominium! Location, access to the beach and pool are great!!!
This specific condo had a few things that I felt like should’ve been better for the price. Our mattress in the master was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a mattress that belongs on a couch bed.
The lock to the sliding door balcony was stripped and very hard to lock/unlock. Some furniture drawers wouldn’t open as well.. which is very minor and didn’t matter that much. It was more the mattress discomfort and the sliding glass door handle. I do feel like the pictures def look better than in person. It is a nice place but the price did not equal to what we got.
