Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.
Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The location is as advertised - across the street from the Florabama. However, we did not realize that you must drive a mile down the road to public beach #4 for beach access. Thankfully, we were there during the off-season, and we found parking at the beach access easily each day. This could be a hassle if you stay during the high season.Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the proximity to the Florabama and Waffle House.

Location is fantastic! You can walk to the florabama, beach and yacht club. House is nice but had a few issues. One, house advertise it sleeps 10 people but you only get two parking spots. Other issue is the curtains kept out no sunlight so sleeping in was impossible, and we had temperature control issues across the house. Really recommend they get new dark curtains and need to slow access to the garage parking or provide another parking spot.

The house and location were overall great, however, not one door inside the house has a lock on it, including all bathrooms. We had two families sharing the house and only one of the bathrooms is not shared. This made for several uncomfortable moments for several people staying in the house. Also there is some difficulty getting to the beach if you have a cooler.
