The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze when you're not dining at the many nearby restaurants. The large primary suite offers private balcony access with sweeping Gulf views and its own en-suite bathroom. Both guest bedrooms enjoy private access to the north-facing balcony overlooking Ole River, with one bedroom offering direct access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway for added convenience.
Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer—ensuring all the conveniences of home.

We had an amazing time. The balcony and view were great. The beach was awesome. It was very convenient to several restaurants and the Flora-Bama. This is our second time in that room and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great corner condo unit with beautiful views of the ocean and the bay! It almost feels like staying in a lighthouse! The only thing I wish was more clear is the parking! In the listing it said there is a 60 fee for each additional car, but in actuality it was 60 for each car, including the first and only car we brought.I am sure Phoenix X has implemented this parking pass “fee” specifically for people who rent through an outside service like VRBO, but one parking pass should be included in the rental of the unit for at least the first car.Everything else was great, and we would stay in this unit again!
