PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Internet, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc. as needed.
HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.

Built In Hot Tubs at homes advertised with this amenity are available to be heated year-round. We recommend requesting hot tub heat at the time of booking. It must be added at least 72 hours prior to check-in and cannot be added after arrival. This first year on the market house was new, very clean and the kitchen was so well stocked. Beach access is right across the street and the pool area is spacious and relaxing. So great for a large family or friend group who enjoy both.
