The designers and owners of this year-round home are South Carolinians who have been building lavish seaside homes for many years. Because they understand the relevance of relaxed living, regardless of the season, Casa Fortuna II presents an aura of total comfort and restfulness.
All bedrooms open onto graceful porches, 4 on the seaside overlooking the pool/spa and 3 on the rear of the house overlooking a deep lot that offers total privacy from the roadway. All four porches are furnished with either rocking or Adirondack chairs and tables. The porch off the great room also boasts a dual dining tables capable of seating 14+ guests. All of the porches and the pool area have high and low level lighting and audio systems. The partially shaded pool/spa area features a grill and dining table for yet another spot designed for eating and recreation.
Striking interiors and graceful porches are only the beginning of the Casa Fortuna II experience.
Perhaps you are a golf lover. This area is home for nearly 100 courses. Most of them have been designed by the top players and designers of the world. There are courses for all players from beginners to the most skilled. Be sure to visit the Myrtle Beach Area year round weather sites. Golfing is delightful here throughout most of the year. Off season rates are impossible to beat.
Perhaps you are a birdwatcher and a beachcomber. Huntington State Park is only a short drive away. The beach and park afford intimate glimpses of nature including the summer migration of sea turtles. Brookgreen Gardens, America's first public sculpture garden, is the setting for a collection of American's finest 19th and 20th century sculptures and plant species. The gardens also contain low country history and wildlife preserve with native and domestic habitats.
Should you need them, the property manager reside close by and are readily available.

We loved this vacation home. The adults appreciated all of the comfort and relaxing vibe of the home. The teens loved the downstairs and the outdoor fun!
Don’t miss renting bikes and enjoying the bike path. We hope to be back again (when the ocean is warmer and the pool can be heated!)

Our week at Casa Fortuna was amazing! From the accommodations, to the beautiful layout of the home, and the hot tub and pool were so relaxing! This is the perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing getaway with your family and friends.

We had all but lost hope on finding a house for spring break and happened to find this one. We were so glad! Quiet area, but still in driving distance to attractions. House met our needs and we have rented houses for over 13 years. Peter was easy to talk to and took care of our needs as quickly as he could, even on Easter. Thanks for a relaxing week at the beach❤️

We loved this house. The view was spectacular, and the beach perfect for long beach walks. We were lucky to have great weather. The elevator worked like a charm for those of us who
had difficulty with stairs. We could not have asked for anything better!
