A farmhouse cottage located near the town of Carrick-on-Suir in County Tipperary, Ireland that can sleep nine people in five bedrooms.
Maifield is a farmhouse cottage near the town of Carrick-on-Suir in County Tipperary, Ireland. It has five bedrooms including four double bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a single room, there is also a family shower room and a cloakroom, the cottage can sleep nine people. Also inside there is a kitchen diner, a utility, a sitting room with an open fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is ample off road parking, a front lawn and a side patio with furniture. Maifield is a lovely cottage in a great location, perfect for families.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner and open fire. Range cooker with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with basic SKY, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power on timer control and starter pack for woodburner and open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Front lawned gardens with patio and furniture to the side. Two well-behaved dogs accepted and are asked to stay in designated areas in the house. Please no dogs upstairs or in the lounge, there is also an outdoor run & kennels available. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.

The nearby Nire Valley offers walking and cycling opportunities with the Comeragh Mountains as a backdrop. A short drive takes you to Waterford with shops, markets, pubs and a rich heritage. Pat welcomes us into his family home, the house is just stunning. There isnt much to say because everything was just perfect. I hope one day we will be back

We had a great four days at this home away from home. Pat, our host greeted us at the door and immediately made us feel at home in his place. He made sure that we aware of places to visit and eat. The whole house was lovely but the most time was spent in the large welcoming kitchen with a couch. Great room to waste time playing games and being together. Pat made sure to check in daily to make sure all of our needs were met. Thanks Pat!!

Pat was an awesome helpful host. The property was excellent. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and the local folks were very friendly. This was a wonderful place to visit. We plan to be back
