About this house rental

This is a 3 story, 2 unit beach home as well as a 1 bdrm cottage (total of 3 units), with views of the reservoir and very close to the ocean. In addition to the close proximity of 1st beach (Easton's Beach), it is also a short distance to Middletown's 2nd and 3rd beaches. Walking distance to local shops/restaurants. The property has 1st floor and 2nd floor decks. There is also access to outdoor picnic area with grill. Perfect if you are looking for a beach getaway with friends and/or family.

We were a group of 9 seniors on a golf trip. It was perfect for us, as we all had our own bedroom. Gathering areas were comfortable as were our rooms. Very quiet and safe. We were able to walk to a near by restaurant. It could use a little updating in the kitchen, but otherwise we would highly recommend it.

This property is amazing!! We had a large group of friends stay here in August and it could not have been more perfect. We rented each unit (the cottage, main house downstairs & upstairs) - the space worked out so well for all of us and the location is amazing! We were able to walk places for a bite, and quickly drive/uber in and out of downtown Newport. Kelly the property manager was so responsive and helpful - allowing us to check in early! Cannot recommend enough!

Great stay! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and perfect for a group trip. Plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the location made it easy to get around Newport and Middletown. Had an awesome time and would definitely stay again!
