Perfection! Checks all the marks of cleanliness, host communication, location, parking, comfort of beds/furniture, spacious bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, large dining area, washer/dryer, toys/puzzles/games/books for all ages, patio, front porch. This is located in a quiet, peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. Within walking distance are restaurants, parks, grocery, etc. The hosts were extremely accommodating, granting us an early check-in so we could receive a delivery from Yessica of Babyquip. We absolutely are 100% pleased and highly recommend this home. Thank you Cameron and Patty!

Property was clean, inviting, and spacious. Host communicated with me promptly and answered all my questions. The rental price was reasonable. Great place to stay while we celebrated a college graduation this weekend!

This was my second stay at this property and it won’t be my last :) It’s wonderful to have a secure garage. The host communicates in a very timely and helpful fashion…very easy to work with…The house is well appointed, comfortable and quiet.

The house is nice and was clean but the sinks and showers were slow to drain. There were no hand towels or wash cloths. There are no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms and the upstairs does not get cool enough. Two of the three bedrooms are upstairs (including the master) so many guests were uncomfortable. The owner offered to bring fans but never did. We were visiting for a family wedding so good sleep was necessary but unfortunately didn’t happen b/c the house was so warm upstairs. Owner was slow to respond and a few times didn’t respond at all. Instructions were also not clear. Overall, would not recommend.
