This fully air conditioned, oceanfront 1BR/1BA condo is located on the 7th floor of the Lanai building at the Mahana at Kaanapali. We've just added (5/2026) a new queen sofabed and a power recliner, see the pictures! Relax and enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the entire condo, including the king-size bed in the bedroom. You will love the central AC, two TVs, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and access to an oceanfront pool, spa, and plenty of parking—with no resort or parking fees ever.
This entire complex is hotel-zoned, ensuring it will ALWAYS be available for short-term rentals.
Relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean, sleep soundly on crisp cotton sheets and new pillows, and wake up to stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the lanai, watching dolphins, turtles, and whales (seasonal). The queen-sized sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, so this unit will accommodate up to 4 adults.
We personally manage the condo and offer seamless communication and assistance with local support staff if needed. There are NO hidden fees or extra charges—because you are booking directly with the owners.
The property boasts a pool, spa, and beach just steps away, plus amenities like tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and two BBQ stations with multiple grills. Enjoy using the condo's fully-equipped kitchen, including a Keurig single cup/carafe coffee maker (we provide 6 pods), French press and bean grinder, waffle iron, hand mixer, and a full spice rack with more spices/oils/vinegar in the cupboard. We provide plenty of supplies (not just a starter pack) for your entire stay, including soaps, laundry products, paper products, and more. Dine on your own private lanai, with breathtaking sunset views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. You won't find a better table at any restaurant!
Additional amenities include a new 55” Smart TV and DVD player in living room, and new 43" Smart TV in bedroom, a washer/dryer, and for your beach time enjoy the beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and 2 coolers. You'll enjoy perusing our guest binder with always-updated recommendations for local dining and activities. You can also book activities at the Maui Concierge Services desk in the lobby for added convenience and special discounts.

My husband and I spent 10 nights in this condo, and we both agreed it was one of the best places we've stayed while on vacation. The unit was as described, was very clean, and was fully stocked with all the necessities, including kitchen gadgets/tools/staples, beach chairs and umbrella, boogey board and I think snorkel gear (but we rented snorkels so didnt take a close look to confirm), typical toiletries and towels. The unit was spacious and super comfortable. And of course the balcony and views can't be beat! We saw so many sea turtles pass by in the water below while watching from the balcony, and even spotted a pair of Hawaiin monk seals one day. We watched them from above and then ran downstairs to see them come onshore just a couple minutes walk down the beach where they rested all day. We also saw manta rays passing by in the distance one evening! Bed was comfortable and shower, fridge, washer/dryer, TVs all worked well. Location is convenient near a supermarket, Dukes restaurant, Papis Ohana for cinnamon rolls and snorkeling off the beach just a few minutes walk down. Parking was always available and was free, a major plus for Maui. The owners were very responsive and accomodating. We would definitely recommend this specific unit to our friends and family and would stay again if we come back to Maui. You won't regret booking here!

We stayed here for 5 nights and the views from the apartment are incredible, the hosts have equipped this place with all the amenities one might need, from beach chairs and umbrellas and snorkeling gear to kitchenware. We had so much fun staying here and we will definitely come back to stay here. The beach is just as soon as you get down from the building. We hope we get this place available next time we are here too :)

This condo is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and welcoming, with tasteful furnishings in excellent condition. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which offered a wide variety of cookware and prep tools, and I was delighted to find cooking spices stocked and ready to use. Jim and Crystal have clearly put a great deal of thought into ensuring guests have everything they need for a most pleasant stay. And the view is absolutely unforgettable.
