The Mahana has one of the nicest locations on Maui. Every unit is ocean front, about 50 feet from the waters edge with gorgeous views and waves rolling in almost underfoot. There is currently a Monk Seal that has been sunbathing directly in front of our building. Monk Seals are endangered so it is quite a treat for guests and the local population to view them in person. In addition, you might see a couple of turtles, mama and baby, that seem to nest or call The Mahana their home. Sunsets on the lanai are amazing, changing every day for great picture taking and an end to your day in paradise.

The Complete Maui Experience! The Mahana Resort - If you are familiar with West Maui, you will already know The Mahana is truly a premier property with spectacular oceanfront views. Just steps to the sandy Kaanapali beach, you will be led on a two and one half mile stretch of incredible ocean beauty. This AAA Three Diamond resort consists of twin towers containing 215 units on five acres. Designed with a sense of peace and privacy, you are close to championship golf courses, great restaurants and shopping.
Newly renovated, our Mahana unit 114 at The Mahana is a ground floor one bedroom one bath unit located in the Lanai tower. It has a king-size bed with with a new mattress and the living room has a queen sofa bed with a new 8 inch mattress! The unit serves four guests very comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped including refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender and all kitchen utensils. Also included for your convenience is salt and pepper, spice rack, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, starter size shampoo/conditioner and hair blow dryer. All linens are provided including extra bedding and towels. Also available for your use are beach towels, a cooler and 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs.
The unit has two flat screen televisions with remotes, one in the living room with a DVD player and one in the bedroom. A stereo is provided in the living room with CD player and a docking station. Central air conditioning, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and extra hangers all make your stay more relaxing. The tiled lanai is spacious with patio table and four chairs. The unit is approximately 932 square feet and the interior is decorated in Hawaiian motif.
Check in 4:00 PM, Check out 11:00 AM. Maid Service available at additional cost and request. Don't like the $500.00 refundable damage deposit? We offer our own damage liability form, just inquire! For stays 14 nights and more, a mid stay clean is required.

The condo is clean, the view is beautiful of the ocean. And we love the covered patio. We came to rest and be out on that patio and listen to the ocean. But there seem to be constant maintenance issues in and around our place. This made it so we couldn't eat breakfast out on the patio or lunch out on the patio because of the workmen there. We really wanted our privacy. There was a water issue and we appreciated how fast they were at fixing the issue and there's nothing that they could do about that. But the other maintenance out and around us was a nuisance where we couldn't enjoy, just resting and being at peace. It's such a lovely place to come. We stayed at the unit 118 several years ago and it was just wonderful with no noise or maintenance issues. We were hoping for another situation like that.

We loved our stay with the oceanfront location on Kaanapali Beach! With views of the ocean, surrounding islands, breaching whales, and stunning sunsets right from the lanai and living room. The ground floor access made going to the beach, pool, and parking lot easy.The condo was spotless, updated, with a comfy king bed, well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful extras like beach chairs/towels. Communication with the Host was outstanding, as they were responsive and helpful from start to finish.

It was a great property in the kitchen was well stocked great news from both the bedroom and family room. It’s very clean took around the unit to ground floor unit so you can walk out on the patio to ground level and there’s a table out there to have breakfast on right next to them some lounge chairs on the grass with the beach right in front of it
