The Mahana at Kaanapali is an OCEANFRONT resort located on the NORTH BEACH section of the famous Kaanapali Beach on West Maui. We are located just north of Duke's restaurant and several miles from the recent Lahaina fire. Our resort had no damage as a result of the Lahaina fire.
Mahana Unit 1217 is a privately-owned oceanfront condominium available for vacation rental directly from the owner at reduced rates. Mahana 1217 is approved by Maui county as a legal vacation rental. Mahana 1217 is located on the top (12th) floor with one bedroom and one bathroom. Mahana 1217 in the south (Lanai) building of The Mahana resort. This luxury oceanfront condo has all the amenities to make your Maui vacation a memorable experience. We are in full compliance with COVID-19 cleaning procedures.
We also own a ONE Bedroom/TWO Bath Mahana condo (Mahana 1205) listed under VRBO #1388528. Also, visit our rentals at StayOnMaui.

Cancelation Policy: You will receive a 100% refund if your booking is cancelled at least 60 days before your arrival date. You will receive 100% refund if a national security incident or a government restriction critically affects your ability to travel to Maui.

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking ocean views, beautiful sunsets, and easy access to everything we wanted to explore on the island.The property was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee while listening to the waves and ending each evening watching the sun dip below the horizon.This was a special mother-daughter trip, and this property provided the perfect home base for making unforgettable memories. Whether we were exploring local markets, driving the Road to Hana, or visiting Haleakalā, it was always wonderful to return to such a peaceful and beautiful place.We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Maui and would gladly stay here again. Mahalo for helping make our trip so memorable!

Just spent a week here, and could not have loved it more! Breathtakingly beautiful views from inside as well as out on the lanai! Saw turtles and dolphins daily! So awesome to just walk out of the condo and you are on the best stretch of beach for snorkeling, swimming or just walking along at sunset! Close to everything you need; grocery stores, restaurants, food truck courtyard (which has many delicious options) and many other food places. The condo is incredibly clean, has a great layout, the kitchen is well stocked, and has comfortable furniture and bed for a great nights sleep listening to ocean. Amazing pool and jacuzzi area. You honestly don't need to rent a car when staying here. Would absolutely stay here again!
