KAYTILOU, detached villa with private pool in a large wooded park

We had a wonderful stay at this bungalow! Laurence was super nice and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—tucked away in a little dream garden full of beautiful plants and trees, yet conveniently close to Le Marin and local shops. It was the ideal base to explore the southern parts of the island. The bungalow itself is very well equipped, and the pool was such a great bonus after long days of exploring. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We stayed at the villa Kouri Vini for 5 wonderful days. Few words can describe the feeling of staying there due to the breathtaking views from the kitchen over the pool, garden and marina as well as the top-notch amenities provided to the guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with very modern furniture and amenities. Hammock and sun loungers are provided on the terrace, making it very difficult to leave such a wonderful place. The property is just 40 minutes away from the FDF airport, while several supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. The amazing Plage des Salines is only 20 minutes away, while generally every other major destination can be easily reached due to the very good roads and the island being relatively small. Least but not last, the owners - Laurence and Eric: wonderful persons, extremely welcoming and friendly. While having a problem with my payment, Laurence communicated with Homeaway staff and solved the issue for me. At the same time, they were extremely nice and allowed us a free late check-out during the last day. Overall, we had an amazing holiday at Kouri Vini and we totally recommend it, the place is a piece of heaven :) We are looking forward to come back there as soon as possible. We stayed at the villa Kouri Vini for a week, mixed weather - rain at beginning then glorious sunshine till the end. Breathtaking views from the open kitchen - enjoyed cooking and preparing cocktails there. Lovely layout of the villa and well kept garden. Showers were exceptional - like a spa. We loved the various loungers and the hammock for relaxing outside. We met Laurence and Eric on different occasions and they were very friendly, open and welcoming. Would have been 5 stars except swimming pool was not working for the last three days; dishwasher did not work all week; and not a very easy access to villa on damaged road. All in all a lovely holiday though and we are looking forward to returning again for another amazing time.

The house has everything you need, The kitchen is well stocked. Great location and very helpful hosts! Thank you Laurence for a perfect place for our 2 week vacation!
