Ideal for a family or friends' stay, this single-storey villa accessible by stairs can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa and television, ideal for moments of relaxation. The open-plan kitchen overlooking the rest of the living space with a serving hatch opening onto the terrace is well equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, as well as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine are also at your disposal.
On the night side, the villa has 2 bedrooms:
Room 1: equipped with a double bed (140/200)
Room 2: equipped with a Queen size bed (160/200)
A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the villa. For added comfort, a washing machine is provided by the owner for those who wish to use it.
On the outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
You will enjoy a shaded terrace with a lounge and dining area with its barbecue and sea view, as well as a second terrace with secure access to the solarium area and the salt water pool bordered by its sun loungers.
