Welcome to your holiday villa ideally located in Sainte Anne in a quiet and flowery housing estate with the advantage of access to the beach on foot in 5 minutes. Very practical because the magnificent beach of Pointe Marin known to Martiniquans for its gently sloping translucent waters is chargeable. Staying 300 m from this beach is therefore a very appreciated privilege for holidaymakers.

Belle maison bien aérée et fonctionnelle! Les pièces sont plutôt grandes (surtout la chambre au 1e étage, elle accueille trois personnes facilement) et on y trouve le nécessaire, comme les ustensiles de cuisine et la literie.Bien que la maison ne soit pas "luxueuse", elle remplit tous nos critères. L'aménagement extérieur est super, avec plusieurs chaises longues et deux tables, piscine à l'ombre et magnifique vue. La maison est située en hauteur, donc très exposée aux vents, mais les murets entourant la maison permettent d'être à l'abri des bourrasques. La maison est dans un quartier très sécuritaire, à 10 minutes de marche de la plage de Ste-Anne, qui est incroyable, et moins de 5 minutes de voiture de l'adorable bourg de Ste-Anne. Les employés de l'agence de location sont aussi très gentils et disponibles!

La villa est idéalement située pour aller à la plage. La piscine est grande et s'adapte à toutes les envies. La maison a un fort potentiel avec ses grands espaces et ses trois chambres. Mais le manque de ménage, le fait de faire soit même sa literie et la prolifération de moustiques, nous a empêché de profiter pleinement des prestations. Le spa quant à lui ne chauffait pas. Nous avons cependant bénéficié d'un surclassement de la part du gestionnaire et nous saluons le geste. Une fois le ménage fait et une raquette antimoustique achetée, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
