3 minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the island, and less than 1 km from the village center, in a luxury residential development, recent villa, nicely decorated, 150 m2 on 700 m2 of enclosed private garden. Ideal for stays with families or friends.
Everything is thought to make life easier and pleasant in this very well maintained house.
Very functional and pleasant, and well ventilated, composed of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 large bedroom 160 bed with large adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet, 1 bedroom
double 140+ desk, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + desk; 1 bathroom with shower and wc. A very well equipped kitchen and utility room, a living room with flat screen TV and a large L-shaped terrace.
Bright and very well equipped kitchen opening onto a bar on the terrace. Back kitchen with work surface, 4 gas and washing machine.
Living room and flat screen TV (11 channels). L-shaped terrace with deckchair table and garden furniture.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was awesome. Near beautiful village of Ste-Anne, amazing beaches (Anse Meunier, Salines). However we recommend that the address be given in advance, we had difficulty finding the place with the information that was given to us. The space was perfect for 5. The pictures are accurate. The kitchen could need attention so that cooking is friendlier for longer stay. We had a wounderful stay.

La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle, propre et joliment décorée. L'accueil fait par Evelyne est attentionné.
Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour aller dans le bourg de Saint Anne et visiter l'île.

Belle villa, située à proximité des plages du Sud de la Martinique. Cafouillage à l'arrivée avec attente de 50 minutes avant d'avoir accès aux clefs. Propreté de la piscine laisse à désirer et pourrait être améliorée. Problème de télécommunication après 3 jours, non réglé une semaine plus tard.
