About this villa rental
A few meters from the beach, come live the Martinican experience with family or friends in this villa built in wood in the West Indian tradition, with pool, sea views and the Diamond Rock.
The villa has 3 bedrooms each with their private bathroom. One of them is perfect for children with 2 single beds while the others, equally comfortable, await you with their double beds and Caribbean charm. The kitchen is very practical and contains all the necessary appliances: hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine ... The stay, very authentic, can accommodate the whole family, and also has an extra bed offering 2 extra beds in case of need.
Outside, a garden of 400 m² awaits you and a swimming pool out of sight. Long term rental is possible.

We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a traditional bungalow near the quaint village of Saint Anne. My family and I stayed here this past Christmas and New Year's, and truly enjoyed our stay. Pros include:
--The terrace, which has a lovely view of the ocean and the "Diamond Rock." We ate all of our meals and spent much of our time here, and it really enhanced our stay.
--The pool, which, though small, kept our three boys entertained and cooled off.
--The fact that this house had a real "island bungalow feel." This house is not fancy, but we felt that it was charming. The (basic) kitchen opens on to the patio and has an ocean view, and there are two bedrooms in the basement. There is air conditioning in the basement, but none in the bedroom on the main floor, which could be an issue at night.
--You can walk a nice beach, and "Les Salines," which we learned is one of the best beaches on Martinique, is a short car trip away.
--Saint Anne--This is a very cute village, within walking distance --about 30 minutes.
--The owners of the property provided excellent customer service and always emailed us promptly regarding questions or payment, and there was a woman on Martinique who is the on-site manager, and can help with any problems while there.
