About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 110 m² air-conditioned house with private pool for rent in Sainte-Anne, close to the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms and a garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room with sofa and armchairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room, WC
First floor
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchairs
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: A master suite adapted for people with reduced mobility, with a double bed (140×190) and a shower room equipped with PRM facilities (shower seat, grab bar for the toilet, etc.).
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- Shower room with WC
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron.
Outside:
- A private, unheated saltwater swimming pool (5mx4m), open all year round.
- 80 m² terrace
- A 40 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Sainte-Anne, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
