About this villa rental
A pretty Creole villa, prettily furnished and decorated, air-conditioned throughout and very well maintained. The property unites the charm of the villas of old with the comforts of today. The inside is furnished with Creole and antique pieces. The open plan kitchen is modern and fully fitted. Outside a gazebo extends the veranda. Here you can enjoy fresh air, sun and the breeze. The villa is near one of the south's most beautiful beaches as well as Marin pleasure harbour (largest nautical base in the Caribbean with lots to offer: sea fishing, glass bottom boat and restaurants). There are lots of other activities available near the villa such as water sports, hiking, horse riding and mountain biking. After these activities you can return with friends and family to the welcoming and peaceful old Creole house, surrounded by trees and flowers.

Entre le marin et St Anne , calme et bien situé .tout est parfait pour passer de bons moments .

Maison non sécurisée pour un séjour avec enfant en bas âge : pas de rambarde autour du kiosque qui est en hauteur, trappe au sol bouchée par du carrelage non nivelé, non scellé, bouteilles de gaz stockées le long de la maison alors qu'il y a un abris de jardin.
L'entretien de la maison laisse à désirer, nombreux cafards dans les placards de la cuisine.
Manque de confort et d'accessoire : pas de matelas sur les transats en bois, pas de set de table, plafonniers non lavés remplis d'insectes morts.
Le propriétaire nous prévient à 19h de sa venue sur la propriété le lendemain à 8h pour une intervention qui ne relève pas d'une urgence et qui donc n'est pas prévue au contrat.
Seul l'emplacement de la maison est appréciable.
