This accommodation of 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with terrace on the floor of a nice residence of 3 apartments with swimming pool.
The Soleil du Sud residence welcomes you in a quiet residential development close to the amenities of the Sainte Anne sector in the great south of Martinique, renowned for its magnificent white sand beaches. The small size of the residence (3 dwellings) guarantees peace, rest and relaxation. At the edge of the swimming pool, as on the Salines beach, of which you are closest, you can enjoy the Sun of the South of Martinique.
The apartment is composed as follows:
* Terrace with teak furniture. You are alone on the landing and can open the view cover as you wish.
* On the right is the spacious bright and airy kitchen.
* The living room all in local wood is dressed in natural colors and warm tones. * You have wifi and a TV.
* 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower room and wc.
The master bedroom with its 160 x 200 bed gives access to a private balcony on the housing estate side and lets admire the diamond rock.
The second bedroom has an open balcony inside the residence. This room can accommodate an extra bed for a 3rd child.

Very cozy section on the home. Air condition works well in both bedrooms. Internet WiFi speed is fast. All appliances as working quite well. The host reponse to your needs and provides items you may need. Lovely quiet residential neighborhood.

Location dans quartier calme, spacieuse, bien équipée. Propriétaires disponibles.

La maison est située dans un cadre tranquille mais non loin des commerces de Ste Anne. Elle a tout ce quil faut pour un séjour en famille, une climatisation qui fonctionne très bien, une literie confortable, une cuisine bien équipée, une terrasse bien ventilée pour prendre ses repas et une piscine super bien entretenue. Alors que nous étions 3 familles à partager le complexe, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à létroit. Cest avec un immense plaisir que je retournerais à cette location dont les locataires sont à vos soins tout en restant discrets. Merci!The house is located in a quiet area but close to the shops in Ste Anne. It has all you need for a family vacation, air conditioning which worked very well, comfortable bedding, a well equipped kitchen, a breezy patio to take your meals and a well maintained pool. Although we were 3 families staying in the house complex, we never felt crowded. It would be a delight to return there. The owners will look very well after you whilst remaining discreet. Thanks!
