Now imagine a small, typically Creole village, by the Caribbean Sea with its local shops, small restaurants, mini-market, bakery, local market with its catch of the day ... You are in the small town of Sainte Anne.
Our apartment is at your disposal. You can admire from the loggia, the Diamond Rock and its beaches. Exceptional panoramic view.
It is located on the heights of Sainte Anne which you can reach on foot in a few minutes, as well as the beautiful beaches of the island ... the Saline, Pointe marin ... etc.
This apartment is located in a secure luxury residence with its tropical garden and swimming pool. Two parking spaces are reserved for this apartment.
The apartment of 63 m2 + 11 m2 of newly renovated loggia is composed of:
- An 11 m2 loggia equipped with a table and 6 chairs, a fan and an electric awning.
- A fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and various cooking utensils.
- An air-conditioned living room with a TV and free internet connection.
- Two bedrooms with wardrobe. A bedroom with a 160X200 bed and a bedroom with a 180X200 bed (mattress topper) modular in two 90X200 beds.
- A bathroom with a large shower with slim shower tray, a sink and a washing machine.
- A separate toilet.
- Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
- Available: ironing board and iron, travel cot for the little ones, etc.

Accueil concierge au top, appartement moderne, propre et fonctionnel La décoration est minimaliste, raffinée et de très bon goût. La résidence est belle et calme. La piscine permet de profiter de la nature, surtout en fin de journée.

Appartement magnifique avec vue sur la baie du marin, proche de la plage d'anse caritan. Appartement très propre et très fonctionnel. Nous avons en plus eu la chance d'avoir du calme car immeuble peu fréquenté en cette période (la Martinique était confinée intégralement pendant 2/3 de notre séjour...). Merci à Philippe pour son accueil et sa réactivité.

Super logement très bien équipé à deux pas du bourg de Sainte-Anne rien à redire tout était parfait et merci encore à patricia pour son acceuil.

It is a 14 minute walk to the bakery and market. A little longer on the return uphill walk. I walk every morning around 7:30 and it is bright and 74 degrees (January). It is an eight minute drive to Salines, the best Martinique beach. French is extremely helpful ... my wife is fluent. I struggle at the boulangerie and sometimes point at the pan chocolate. English is rare here. Go to St Martin for a French experience and stay in the Gran Case / Mon Vernon / Orient Beach area. We do both trips yearly and will repeat Ste Anne because of location and price. The apartment is large and numerous English news channels available. Pool and parking .... no pool chairs .... new kitchen pots and pans. Again, we will return.
